STAFF PROFILE - TEACHER

elizabeth kelly

I graduated from the University of Sussex with a BA in History before completing my Primary PGCE at the University of Roehampton, alongside School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) in Southampton. Since qualifying, I have taught in Year 2, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 across Hampshire, gaining a wide range of experience within the primary phase.

One of my key goals as a teacher is to ensure that every child feels part of a supportive and inclusive community. I am committed to supporting children from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences and I work hard to create a classroom environment where every pupil feels valued, confident and able to succeed. Building positive relationships, nurturing independence and encouraging children to take pride in their learning are central to my approach.

About Ms Kelly

Due to close personal ties to Lithuania, Vilnius has become one of my favourite places and I am very excited to be settling here. I am interested in the rich history of Lithuania and value the opportunity to understand the country’s cultural heritage on a deeper level. Outside of school, I love staying active, whether I’m at the gym, out running, or exploring new food spots around the city. I’m also a big sports fan and enjoy supporting Crystal Palace Football Club, Mercedes AMG Petronas in Formula 1, and BC Rytas.
