The Duke of Edinburgh’s Qualification Expedition
DofE Qualification Expedition 🏕️
The aim of a DofE qualifying expedition is to complete a self-sufficient, adventurous journey that develops teamwork, independence, and resilience, culminating in a presentation based on a chosen team goal. Participants must plan an aim (e.g., environmental research, photography, or skills development) to be assessed on.

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Camping Expedition
DofE Camping Expedition 🏕️
Our DofE participants will take part in a self-sufficient camping expedition, developing independence, teamwork, and resilience working towards their Bronze Award. Over 2 days, students will hike, navigate, and camp together, preparing their own meals and learning essential outdoor skills.
From planning routes to setting up camp, this experience builds confidence and a strong sense of responsibility in a real-world environment.

Vilnius Street Music Day
The British School of Vilnius is delighted to take part in Vilnius Street Music Day, a vibrant city-wide celebration where musicians of all ages bring music to the streets, squares, and public spaces of Vilnius.
On this special day, our students join a community of performers sharing creativity, confidence, and the joy of music. From first notes to full performances, it’s a wonderful opportunity to celebrate expression, collaboration, and the universal language of music.

Hundreds of titles of books in English for ages 2 to 16+ including fiction, non-fiction, novels, art and much more. It is such a good opportunity to find books that will encourage your child to read for pleasure!
New Students Induction
New Student Induction Event
At the British School of Vilnius, our New Student Induction Event is designed to warmly welcome students and their families to our school community. The event includes a guided tour of the campus, introductions to key staff members, an overview of the school’s values and routines to help students feel comfortable and confident in their new environment. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions, make new friends, and begin the journey with us on a positive and informed note.
