Lithuanian Language Poetry Competition

Celebrating Language, Culture and Creativity!

We are excited to share highlights from our Lithuanian Language Poetry Competition, a vibrant celebration of language, identity and artistic expression!

T38 talented students from Year 1 to Year 12 took part, showcasing their deep connection to the Lithuanian language.

A special thank you to our wonderful judging panel:
• Sigita – Guest Lithuanian language teacher
• Rūta – Teacher
• Ugnė – Teacher
• Nikolete – student and last year’s competition winner

Events like this remind us why preserving and celebrating the language is so important. The Lithuanian language is one of the oldest in the world and through poetry, our students keep it alive, relevant and inspiring for future generations.
